The Workers' Compensation Insurance Plan available only to KCA members is the chapter sponsored Midwest Builders' Casualty Mutual Company (MWBC). The plan covers company employees wherever they work and is a lower cost option for industry professionals.

Cost savings and rate stability are achieved through quality risk management with all surplus funds, including investment income, accruing to members of the mutual and are returned to participating members according to the dividend formula.
