This committee will evaluate, research and recommend on behalf of all KCA members equitable solutions for the owner, the traveling public, and the contractors with regard to adverse weather conditions that have had a pronounced effect on KDOT projects. It is imperative that this committee puts forth recommendations and/or solutions that are within the intended spirit of partnering. This committee will be governed with a strong ethical belief that we will work to continually develop and update remedies and their applications.
