If you wish to use your training dollars for an in-house class, you need to use this roster and get the signature, gender and ethnicity for each class participant. This completed form is required for reimbursement from KDOT.

If your company won bid work (prime or sub) for KDOT in 2007, you qualify for free training through the KDOT/KCA Construction Industry Training (CIT) Program. KCA will post all classes on our website as well as e-mail them to the appropriate people at your company. In order to ensure we are communicating with the person responsible for your safety and/or skills training, please complete and fax this form to KCA ASAP.
