With the August 15 highway letting, KDOT is implementing its new Standard Specifications for State Road and Bridge Construction (2007 Edition). In the 2007 specifications, KDOT has made significant changes to the Division 100 "General Clauses and Covenants" as a result of a joint committee meeting between your association and department officials. The entire 78-page Division 100 "July 2007 Reissue" specification is attached to this message.
